Every version, including what was broken.

These are the notes that shipped with each build, unedited. Fixes are listed as fixes. A changelog that only lists new features is a marketing page wearing a changelog's clothes.

7 August 2026

0.1.7 · The watch catches up

  • New: your watch now shows readiness, your streak, and how long is left on a promise.
  • Changed: the coach types before it answers, instead of the reply appearing the instant you ask.
  • Fixed: coach replies showed raw asterisks around text that was meant to be bold.
  • Changed: dropped the animations that pulsed forever without telling you anything.

0.1.6 · A sharper edge

  • Changed: the whole app has crisper corners. Soft edges read like a wellness app, and this is not one.
  • Clearer: Train says what it actually does. It aims at your goal and weights toward whatever you skip.
  • Clearer: Food now names the allergy check, which had been doing its work quietly.

0.1.5 · Running, history, and a planner that fits you

  • New: runs. Outdoors with an optional route map, or indoor. Pace, elevation, VO2 max, spoken splits.
  • New: your workout history, and what you actually did in each session.
  • New: difficulty levels, so a beginner stops being handed movements nobody can do cold.
  • New: accountability circles. Invite up to five people and keep each other honest.
  • Fixed: notifications were never being asked for, so none of them arrived.

1 August 2026

0.1.4 · The setup wizard, corrected

  • Fixed: the wizard showed the old logo. It now uses the same mark as your launcher.
  • Fixed: it asked your age twice. Give a date of birth and it works the rest out.
  • Clearer: "usually up at" is when the coach starts nudging, not an alarm. The alarm is the separate switch below it.
  • New: fitnesslockedin.com, with a signup if you want to bring someone into the test.

31 July 2026

0.1.3 · The watch grows up, and a real backup

  • Fixed: today's completed workout could be wiped when you reopened the app.
  • Watch: pair it properly, so only your watch can add workouts.
  • Watch: a "Your week" dashboard that works with no phone nearby.
  • Cloud backup (Plus): sealed with your passphrase before it leaves. Restoring is always free.
  • Food: 150,000 products for barcode scanning, and QR codes now work.
  • Safety: clearer allergy warnings and better coach responses.

26 July 2026

0.1.1 · Hardening and polish

  • Imperial units (ft/in, lb) throughout
  • New animated intro + scroll-wheel height & weight entry
  • Security: sign-out clears credentials, safer barcode + snapshot parsing, fenced lock-screen wake
  • In-app account deletion
  • Exact-alarm handling updated for Play

23 July 2026

0.1.0 · First internal test build

  • Commit to a run or gym session you can't quietly bail on
  • Guided workouts: live sets/reps, rest timer, auto-progression
  • Readiness from your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate
  • Food logging with barcode + AI photo scan, macros to your goal
  • On-device AI coach. Your health data never leaves the phone
  • Streaks, PRs and monthly challenges

The next entry depends on testers.

Every fix above came from somebody using it and saying what broke. That is the whole job right now.
