Short paragraph. LockIn is an Android and Wear OS fitness app built around a single idea: the hard part is not knowing what to do, it is the quiet bail. Each day you press and hold a padlock shackle to commit to one action, and the app makes backing out deliberate rather than easy. It generates guided workouts around the muscle groups you have neglected, scores your recovery against your own baseline rather than a population average, and logs food by barcode or on-device photo recognition. Unusually for the category, it processes health data on the device: everything is kept in one encrypted store excluded from Android cloud backup, there are no advertising or analytics SDKs, and cloud backup is optional, paid, and encrypted with a passphrase the developer never receives.

Data handling

Health data is stored encrypted on device, excluded from cloud backup and device to device transfer. No ads, no advertising IDs, no third party analytics.

On-device AI

Meal photo recognition and barcode scanning run on the phone. Photos are processed in memory and never uploaded.
